Cutting A Global Activity Code And Pasting Into Global Activity Code Causes the Code To Go Missing

With reference to doc Cutting A Global Activity Code And Pasting Into An EPS Activity Code Causes The Code To Go Missing (Doc ID 2639281.1) - We have seen a behavior where user tried Cutting A Global Activity Code And Pasting Into Global Activity Code caused the Code To Go Missing and when we checked it from Database end the value of actv_code_type_scope was changed to AS_EPS for those particular activity codes.
