Rated Event Generation Is Not Happening (Doc ID 2754849.1)

Goal

As per reconciliation of Call Detail Records (CDR) with Revenue Assurance (RA), for each day, it is observed that around 30% CDRs are missing. There was nothing unusual observed while checking each day summary for ratedevent cache. Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) has received CDRs, rating happened and even success response sent by Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) to OCOMC ECE DC node, but no out file got generated for Rated Event Loader (REL) loading, hence CDR vs (Event + suspense ) reconciliation is not matching, and many CDRs were missing.
