GVM Variable Not Getting Reset Between Transactions (Doc ID 2754944.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 24, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Documaker - Version 12.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When sending a request into EWPS we pass in tif images as an attachment variable (TIFF1). Documaker stages the tif images in the data directory and stores the tif image path in the variable (TIF1). That variable is referenced when executing ADDMULTIPAGEIMAGE rule.

In Production, we are experiencing an issue where TIF1 is not getting reset between transactions, so it is still referencing the 1st transaction. When the 2nd runs it pulls the image from the 1st transaction.

If I run 100 transactions, they are each adding in their own TIF1 attachment variable, but it is never getting updated. They all still refer to the tif path used in the very first transaction.
