How to Import E2B R2 File Without URL of Message DTD Provided by Default in XML File (Doc ID 2754947.1)

Goal

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) occasionally provides E2B R2 files for import without DTD URL.

In such files only the following header is provided:

Unfortunately, when such files are imported Argus does not process them; instead they are simply moved directly into the Archive folder configured on the transactional server. Fortunately, these XML files can be imported and processed in Argus if they are first updated to include the URL

http://eudravigilance.ema.europa.eu/dtd/icsr21xml.dtd

in the Reporting Destination (EDI tab / URL) of Message DTD field.

However, if these files must be imported from the recipient on a daily basis, the best practice would be to not manually update the files individually.

Is there a way to configure the reporting destination used to integrate these files without having to manually update the header of each xml file?
