Symptoms

The IPSA AuditTrails indicate an invalid command is being sent to the router with the following also seen in the GUI fault pane.

Driver raised an unexpected exception (command: configure / response: ^ unknown command. / Rollback)

Changes

New custom cartridge development, or, the routing device OS software has been upgraded.
