Last updated on FEBRUARY 28, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure - Version 8.1.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 8.1.0.0.0 Custom is having problems with OFSAA as it is not compatible with the "no-referrer" policy.

When logging in using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers, having this header set to "no-referrer" gives an error ("Please, log in to proceed") and does not allow the user to access the main home page, being redirected to the login page.

When the value is set to "strict-origin-when-cross-origin" instead of "no-referrer", the problem does not exist and users can log in.
