Symptoms

On : 11.3.2 version, Customer Experience (Xmgr, Assembler, Workbench, Application Development)


Workbench  "Unable to retrieve the dimension information".when loading the records list in the Records Selector dialog.

This message is intermittent and it blocks the business users from processing the XM rules.
