Symptoms

When attempting to run a plan, the following error occurs in the Loader Worker With Direct Load Option

ERROR

One or more indexes on table MSC.ITEM_SOURCINGXXXX are invalid. Please check the SQL*loader error and take corrective action.

XXXX represents the PLAN_ID of the plan.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
