Usage Transaction Correction algorithm D1-TRAN-UT creates invalid UT Correction Activities

In the scenario where a device with multiple measuring components is installed at a service point associated to the Usage Subscription, the Usage Transaction Correction algorithm D1-TRAN-UT will create a UT Correction
Activity if an IMD is received which overlaps the start/end date/times of an existing Usage Transaction, regardless of whether or not measurements from that Measuring Component were used for usage service quantity calculation.
This results in the creation of Usage Transaction Correction Activities and subsequent corrections sent to the subscribing edge application, when measurements are received which do not impact the usage transaction.
The usage rules only retrieve measurements from the KWH Consumed Scalar Measuring Component. However, when an overlapping IMD is received on the Interval KWH Generated Measuring Component, a Usage Transaction Correction Activity is created.

The UT Correction algorithm should only evaluate overlapping measurements for measuring components used for UT calculation.
