When Uploading Multiple File Attachments Using Web Client the Upload Is Sometimes Fast and Other Times Very Slow (Doc ID 2755804.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to upload multiple file attachments using Web Client, the first time the upload is very fast but other times the file upload is very slow.
It can take more than one minute to complete the upload of the attachments.


Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Agile Web Client
  2. Open any object and select the Attachments tab
  3. Select multiple files to be attached
  4. Attachments are getting uploaded, but during upload the process suddenly stops and waits for 1 or 2 minutes (some times even more) and resumes automatically.
  5. All files are eventually uploaded
