On : 2.2.0.4.0 version, Functional

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a Stock Item Detail, the Storeroom list include Inactive Storerooms

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inactive Storerooms should not be in the List of values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu
2. Go to Inventory
3. Go to Stock Item Detail
4. Go to ADD
5. Dropdown for Storeroom includes Inactive Storerooms
