Symptoms

The smsMaster process generated core file on the USMS(Universal Service Management System) node, but restored automatically.
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) versions 5.0.2.0.0 and up, the following error can be seen on slc-pmessages file:
