Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.0.2 when using CA ERwin 9.8, the model upload is failing with the following error:

Trying to upload an xml file with a different target database type.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Followed Document 2272334.1 to manually create ERwin980 folder.
1. Run model upload
2. Checked the model file and <INFODOM>_database.xml both have Oracle 10 as database

Upgrading from 7.3 / 6.1. Final upgraded version will be 8.1.x.
