Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Manage Product Offers/Administration Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a product offer, when creating compatibility rule, and save it. Then reopen the product offer, added compatibility rule is not available

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Compatibility rule should be saved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Product Management > Enterprise Catalog
2. Edit an offer
3. Navigate to Rules
4. Set the required fields and click on Add Compatibility Rule + button
5. Click Save
6. Click Save and Close

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add compatibility rules to product offer
