Organization Name Not Showing In ECM UI (Doc ID 2757577.1)

On : ECM 8.0.7 version, Web UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Organization Name not showing under Customer Tab in ECM Case Details screen.

For Customer Type 'ORG', the Organization name is provided in the 'ORG_NM' which is not getting displayed because it is considering FULL_NM. Full name should be for 'IND' customer type and Organization Name should be displayed for 'ORG' customer type.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For ORG customer type, ORG_NM should show.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Organization name for ORG type of customer.
