Symptoms

Claim overwrite is not working through Claim update IP

Claim overwrite functionality is not working as expected - the behavior is the same (false) even when overwrite is set to True.

With Overwrite as 'true', old message is retained and new message is added.
With overwrite as 'false', old message is retained and new message is added - this is correct behavior.

From the Integration Guide:

If this (overwrite) is set to true (or not specified), all existing messages that originated
from either a manual edit or an external source are removed and replaced with the messages
specified in the request.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
With Overwrite as true, old messages should get wiped and new message should get added.
With overwrite as false, old message should be retained and new message should also get added to claim line.
