SCADA Summary shows Closed topological status on phase-operable device even if one or two phases are open.

It seems that the SCADA Summary only shows Open or Closed for the topological status of a phase operable device.

If the device has ABC Closed the SCADA Summary displays Closed.
If the device has ABC Open the SCADA Summary displays Open.
If the device has A Open/B Open/C Open/AB Open/BC Open/AC Open is displays Closed.

The SCADA Summary should display the phases that are open/closed and not say the device is closed.

This can be reproduced in OPAL - e.g. on device S4383.

How to Repeat

  1. Focus on a closed, phase-operable SCADA device (such as S4383), both in the Viewer and the SCADA Summary
  2. Open a single phase of the device
The SCADA Summary should list the closed phases only
  3. Close that phase of the device
The SCADA Summary should now show Closed
