Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 21.1

When clicking on Send to send a Business Process record to the next step in the workflow:

Expected Result

The record should be sent to the next step in the workflow without incident.

Actual Result

The following Alert pops up:

Alert: Error Code: X-X
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code X-X.

Something similar to the following may be written to the Unifier log files:

Diagnostic Code = X-X...
...#c<module.bp.BpRecordAction> java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "Loading..."
[root] java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "Loading..."

Where X-X is specific to the customer environment.
