Qn: It is possible to add a new exit (ERROR) for Number Normalisation Feature Node (FN)?

In the current implementation, the Number Normalisation FN suffers from a fairly large flaw, based around it only having one exit (it has no error exit).
It causes a run-time error and drops the call without a CDR if any error occurs.
