MEASUREMENT REPROCESSING ACTIVITY PASSING IN UNCONVERTED DATE/TIMES TO LOOK FOR MEASUREMENTS
When there is a measurement right on the Install Date/Time during DST, Measurement Reprocessing Activity is not able to update the combined multiplier for that measurement.
Steps To Recreate
Create and finalize consecutive Initial Load or Manual Scalar IMDs as long as the first measurement is on the Install Date/Time during DST.
Change the IE Installation constant to generate the Measurement Reprocessing Activity.
Finalize the System IMDs generated.
Expected Result: The combined multiplier of all measurements should be updated.
Actual Result: The combined multiplier of the measurement on the Install Date/Time during DST is not updated like the other measurements
