Agile Managed Servers Go Down Automatically With 'Can't connect to X11 window server' (Doc ID 2759162.1)

Symptoms

User has set up a Agile instance and Agile is successfully installed. After starting the server, the Agile managed servers are going down automatically.

The following error can be seen in the Application Server Logs (<AgileHome>\agileDomain\servers\<hostname>-Agile\logs\stdout.log) after starting the server.

<Feb 15, 2021 3:07:26,183 AM PST> <Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101216> <Servlet: "DashboardExpenseChartServlet" failed to preload on startup in Web application: "/Agile".
java.awt.AWTError: Can't connect to X11 window server using 'localhost:10.0' as the value of the DISPLAY variable.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------------------------

  1. Successfully install Agile
  2. Start Agile servers and try to login
  3. Login page does not open and manage Servers are going down with error seen in the Server Logs
