ResultList cartridge is throwing an error "Unable to retrieve record information" intermittently.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to XM.
2. Navigate to any rule which has ResultListCartridge configured.
3. Edit the rule and observed the error message.
