Upload Files: Drag/Drop From Third-Party E-Mail Interface, Sometimes Deletes Item, Results in Perpetual 'Loading...'

When dragging and dropping an Item from a third-party e-mail interface to an Upload Files window anywhere in Unifier:
A copy of the Item should be added to the Upload Files window and then uploaded to Unifier.
- Sometimes the Item in the third-party e-mail interface is removed/deleted (with older versions of the web browser).
- Always the Upload Files window gets a teal colored overlay with "Loading..." and an up arrow that does not resolve.
It is noted that if there is an Attachment to the item in the third-party e-mail interface - that the Attachment can be successfully added to the Upload Files window.
It is also noted that if the Item in the third-party e-mail interface is saved to the desktop, local, or other - the Item can be successfully added to the Upload Files window.
