Information in this document applies to any platform.
In all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controler (OC3C or 3C) up to an including 184.108.40.206, the Connect to Resource (CTR) and Play Announcement (PA) messages have hardcoded parameters that are unable to be changed. Specifically:
- bothwayThroughConnectionInd (always false)
- disconnectFromIPForbidden (always false)
- requestAnnouncementCompleteNotification (always false)
Is this corrected in any future releases?
