Switching Steps Fail to Record into the Sheets Tab of Event Details (Doc ID 2760712.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Web Switching

Attempting to record switching steps occasionally results in an exception, and the step does not appear in the Sheets tab of Event Details.
