Symptoms

Issue:
Getting 500 error when looking at XML in Decoded View.

Steps:
1. Go to Reports > Processed ICSR
2. Retrieve the imported ICSR for case
3. Click the link of "Originated Case #"
4. ICSR viewer appears with the Decoded View

Get the HTTP 500 error
