Symptoms

When attempting to start the Agile Managed Server after upgrading from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 the following error occurs

ERROR

STEPS 

1. Upgrade FMW 12.2.1.3 to FMW 12.2.1.4 in Agile clustered environment
2. Start the admin server
3. Start the managed server

Facts

• While performing the readiness check during FMW upgrade to 12.2.1.4 it failed with the error "SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY" missing
• Customer has recovered the missing RCU Database "SYSTEM.SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY" Objects manually
• Upgrade to FMW 12.2.1.4 is successful 
• Able to start the admin server with no issues

Changes

Upgrade FMW 12.2.1.3 to FMW 12.2.1.4.
