User encountered batch failure issue in CS
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Execute CS batch through rule run framework
Step 2 : Check the status of batch and check for the matches in cs_matches.
Expected result :
Matches must be generated based on watchlist match and data must be present in cs_matches
Actual result :
Matches are not generated and shows 0 results in cs_matches
