Symptoms
When attempting to upload files or download files from Java Client the following error occurs.
Error
File Server is down. Please make sure the "File Server" is correctly set in the "Server Settings -> Locations" of Power Client.
Steps
- Log into to Java Client
- Open any object and select the Attachments tab
- Add a file attachment

Able to add attachments using Web Client
