Symptoms
Below error is generated in agile9_check.sql after upgrading Agile database schema:

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Agile Database Schema using Upgrade_Schema utility included in Release Update Packs (RUP).
2. Login to sqlplus as agile database user, and run agile9_check.sql under Agile database maintenance directory: %Oracle_base%\admin\{SID}\create\{agile_schema_username}
3. Gets error in _agile9_check.log
