Watchlist management job for world check(WC) list failed with file not found (Doc ID 2761569.1)

Unable to run Watchlist management job for world Check(WC) list 

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Download the world Check files manually from the WC site.

Step 2 : Place it in <OEDQHOME>/LandingArea/WC Folder and provide read write permissions to the files.

Step 3 : Run Download,prepare,filter Job from Watchlist Management Project from EDQ

WC List and Placed it in the <OEDQHOME>/LandingArea/WC Folder.
Permissions of the File are updated to 777, but still the EDQ tasks in Watchlist management is throwing the below mentioned error.

Error in director ---> Show Error

Caused by: com.datanomic.director.runtime.data.ReaderConfigurationException: Error creating snapshot reader: Error accessing external table: /OFSAA/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/base_domain/config/fmwconfig/edq/oedq.local.home/landingarea/WC/world-check.xml.gz could not be found (Code: 5) (Code: 203,073) (Code: 203,079)
