Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Manage Administration Screens
When attempting to retire a catalog or category
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The catalog couldn't be retired. See error code ATC-5325025 for details. (for catalog)
The catalog couldn't be retired. See error code ATC-5325025 for details. (for category)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Product Management > Enterprise Catalog
2. Navigate to Catalogs and Categories
3. Select the desired catalog or category that needs to be retired and from menu options select Retire
4. System displays the above error.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot retire a catalog or category from UI
