Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting login, users get the expected screen log in prompt, however no matter how many times they click OK the same screen pops up appearing to be in a loop that prevents users from actually accessing the application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to log in.
