Symptoms

When attempting to accept a Proposal and create to a Project, the following error occurs.

On Screen: Other Exception During submission

In VDB Log
 ORA-12899: value too large for column "ETRACK"."BT_EMAIL_PARAMETERS"."PROJECT_NAME" (actual: 101, maximum: 100)
Other exception during submission.
Context is Executing storage action.
