Symptoms
On 12.2.8 version, DRP Plan is not recommending enough supplies to maintain the target inventory levels.
Subsequently, PAB is falling below the target.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect engine to recommend supplies to ensure that the PAB is equal to or higher than the target.
