Unable to See Interest Rate Code Details After Upgrade to 8.0.7

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Symptoms
After upgrading OFSAA to 8.0.7, in Rate Management > Interest Rates, when you edit or view an Interest Rate Code (IRC), no details are loaded to the screen. The IRC Name is blank, the Term values are not loaded, and no other details appear in the screen that opens.
Additionally, the following errors exist in the fsapps.log in the web server directory:
