Customer's accumulator team is not getting the elementID field in the response.

Here is the snip from the OHI Integration Guide on page 261:

As said the data file set will hold the result of the Write Consumption Batch operation. Every
individual datafile will have a generic structure:

The total number of successfully processed records is {0}
  {error text}
This elementId is the row unique identifier from their AMS table they pull counters from, to load into OHI. This elementId is how we know which rows in our table did not load and why. Without this ID our process fails. There is no workaround for this either, we must has the Id when OHI rejects a counter.
