"**FATAL** Unable to open wallet" SwService Failed to Start (Doc ID 2762027.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, NMS Infrastructure

SwService failed to start and the log file shows an error that it is "Unable to open wallet".  But the wallet it is looking for does exist.



Error for the SwService Failure.
