Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C), the Diameter Control Agent (DCA) Alarm Guides (AG) for release 12.0.0.0 and above contain unsubstituted alarm error text.  For example:

%z \{960003\} %z

As a result, it is not possible to refer to the DCA AG to understand alarms and know what corrective actions to take.
