Signal 11 at fm_rate_cache_clean_product_data is observed during op_rate_get_product opcode call.

Sample stack trace:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Use an existing product
- Update the product description using set_pricelist
- Call PCM_OP_RATE_GET_PRODUCT on the same product
- Run these two steps in a loop using the same CM connection
