Salesprocess Batch Taking Long Time To Process POSU Files (Doc ID 2762358.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue while processing the 5 POSU files for 5 different stores.

The job took 10 minutes to process 5 POSU files for 5 different stores , each file was linked to one thread.

Expected time was less than minute to process these 5 POSU files.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Run salesprocess batch with some POSU files.
  2. When checked logs ,observed that batch fails with the above error .
    PGA memory is increased to 20GB.
  3. Validate that the batch is still failing with the 'ORA-04036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT' error.
