On WIP - Work in Process, 12.2.7 version, WIP Mass Load
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the profile "WIP: Allow Updation of Completed Operations through Mass load" is set to No, the Job's scheduled start date is never updated even if there is no operation completed yet.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect only the completed operations not to be rescheduled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create job.
2. Collect data in PS
3. Reschedule job from PS
4. Set profile "WIP: Allow Updation of Completed Operations through Mass load" to "No"
5. Release the changes.
6. Job is not getting rescheduled
