Session Expires in Argus Application Very Frequently

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are facing frequent session time outs after approx. 30-40 minutes of application usage.
After the timeout, users are logged out of Argus and work is not always saved.
The timeout setting via [Argus Console] > System Configuration > System Management (Common Profile Switches) > Security is set to 120 minutes for timeout (2hrs) per below:
