Symptoms

On User : Version 19.12.11

When navigating to a Project/Shell Landing Page Dashboard:

Expected Result

The Project/Shell Landing Page Dashboard should Open without incident.

Actual Result

The Project/Shell Landing Page Dashboard starts to load but processing never finishes (three dots).

It is noted that the issue is only seen by some users in some Projects/Shells, and other users can access the Project/Shell data without incident.
