Symptoms

Cannot get attachment files receive error “Your Preferred File Manager Is Not Accessible. Please Contact The System Administrator”.

Issue is intermittent cannot reproduce issue on demand.

ERROR
“Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Locate attachment file
3. Highlight attachment file, Click on Get button
4. Receive error: “Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator”
