Event Relationship Functionality is not Working in Argus Version 8.2.2 (Doc ID 2763131.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded from 8.2.1 to 8.2.2.
Event Relationships functionality is not working in 8.2.2 however it is working in 8.2.1 environment.

Issue:
Case Form > Events tab
Add a Symptom Event and Diagnosis Event
Click on [RELATIONSHIPS] button
Attempt to move Symptom Event under Diagnosis by clicking on Up key
Key does not move the event up
Event Relationships window does not close after clicking on [OK].
