Implement Perpetual Retry Mechanism for ECE-WLS Connection

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Diameter Gateway
Due to issue in weblogic, connections were lost to Weblogic Server (WLS) from ecs (event charging server), brm gw (Billing and Revenue Management Gateway) and dgw (Diameter Gateway).
ECS, BRM GW and DGW had all retried the configured amount of times to reconnect, then entered in a problematic state and not been able to reconnect even when WLS was again available.
This problem was solved after rolling restart has been performed.
Is it possible to change the logic in the product code, so ECE processes will be able to reconnect when WLS domain is again available after a crash/problem, no matter how time WLS was down ?
