Symptoms

1)
TMS 5.3.1 Database Registration step fails with the 'Cannot locate install driver under C:\opapps52\tms directory!...' error i.e.

 

2)
The following error is reported in the OUI 'installActions' log file (this log file is located in the 'C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs' folder on the TMS Application Server:

filename = c:\opapps52\tms\\53\install\tmsinst.sql
INFO: Query Returned: false
SEVERE: Cannot locate install driver under c:\opapps52\tms\ directory!
Check that the server code has been installed!
INFO: User Selected: Yes/OK
