Single phase lockouts not supported for Single Phase FLISR operations
In Single Phase FLISR operations, the un-ganged Scada devices trip on one or two phases following an outage. If a project has three set of Lockouts available on such devices, one for each phase to speed up RDO creation and FLISR processing after an outage. However, product only supports one single consolidated lockout measurement on these devices. We can only configure one lockout measurement in product. If there are multiple lockout measurements present, projects have to configure a calculated point by doing an OR on the by phase lockout measurements. This request is to add the support of per phase lockout measurements to the product for Single Phase FLISR operations.
