On : 11.2.0.27 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Case Search results, Filter by product is not working. Advanced Case Search results are not filtered by product, even though product combo is selected with a specific product. SQL generated has missing Product clause.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Case Search results should be displayed based on product selection.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to OIPA v11.
2. Navigate to Advanced Case Search.
3. Select Company and then Product. Note the number of search results.
4. Select a different product. Note that the number of search results the same, irrespective of product selection.
